1. Rental Agreement

By booking with Rosy's Rental LLC, you agree to abide by these terms. The agreement is formalized once the deposit is received and the contract is signed.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date and equipment.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in full prior to delivery or on the day of the event, as specified in your invoice.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

3. Cancellations

We understand plans change. Our policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus an administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery fees are based on distance from our Newport News location. The delivery area must be accessible and safe for our crew. The client is responsible for ensuring equipment is ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time.

5. Equipment Care and Damages

The client assumes full responsibility for rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.

  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • Replacement fees will be charged for broken, permanently damaged, or lost items.
  • Please do not use staples or adhesives that damage tables or chairs.
