How do I request a quote or make a reservation?
You can request a quote through our contact form on the website, call us at (757) 775-8487, or send us a message on WhatsApp at (757) 236-5662. Once you're ready to book, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and equipment.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Virginia, with our base in Newport News. Delivery fees vary depending on distance. For events within Newport News and Hampton Roads, delivery is often included or minimal. Contact us for a quote to your specific location.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding and event season (May-October). For large events or popular dates, booking 1-2 months ahead ensures availability of your preferred items.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes! We offer full delivery and professional setup services. Our team will arrive at your venue, set up all rented items, and return after your event to pick everything up. You don't need to worry about a thing.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. However, clients are responsible for any broken, permanently damaged, or lost items. Replacement fees will be charged based on the item. We recommend keeping food and drinks away from linens and avoiding staples or adhesives on furniture.
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely! While we offer pre-set packages for convenience, we can customize any order to fit your specific needs. Whether you need extra chairs, different linen colors, or a mix of items, just let us know and we'll create a custom quote.
What colors are available for linens and chair sashes?
We offer a wide variety of colors including white, ivory, black, navy blue, royal blue, burgundy, gold, silver, blush pink, sage green, and many more. Contact us with your color scheme and we'll confirm availability.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please refer to your signed contract for complete details.
